螺桿泵的維修是一個非常復雜的過程，因為螺桿泵的轉(zhuǎn)子和定子的相互之間的摩擦會產(chǎn)生熱，容易損壞定子。。也有很多種情況導致螺桿泵的損壞，下面是具體的情況

1.螺桿泵不能啟動，一旦遇到這種情況，我們要先檢查一下，如果是新泵，在試車的時候，先盤車，看是否定子和轉(zhuǎn)子很緊，這個情況一般沒關系的，在檢查一下是否電壓過低導致電機帶不動螺桿泵

2.螺桿泵沒有出料，這個情況就比較復雜了，所以我們要檢查電機接線是否正確，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否有誤，有些型號的螺桿泵是不能反向旋轉(zhuǎn)的，然后在檢查是否進口管路的問題，是否有堵塞或者進口有泄露，檢查并且調(diào)整，如果物料的粘度過高，也會導致吸不上來，加大泵的型號，或者放慢轉(zhuǎn)速，如果這些地方都沒有問題，請檢查定子和轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙，是否有磨損，如果很大，需要及時更換定子，或者檢查是否有異物堵塞定子和轉(zhuǎn)子了，及時清除就可以排除了問題
