3GR screw pump working principle and characteristics

3GR螺桿泵是利用螺桿的回轉(zhuǎn)來(lái)吸排液體的。主、從動(dòng)螺桿的螺紋均為雙頭螺紋。由于各螺桿的相互嚙合以及螺桿與襯筒內(nèi)壁的緊密配合，在泵的吸入口和排出口之間，就會(huì)被分隔成一個(gè)或多個(gè)密封空間。隨著螺桿的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和嚙合，這些密封空間在泵的吸入端不斷形成，將吸入室中的液體封入其中，并自吸入室沿螺桿軸向連續(xù)地推移至排出端，將封閉在各空間中的液體不斷排出，猶如一螺母在螺紋回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)被不斷向前推進(jìn)的情形那樣，這就是3GR螺桿泵的基本工作原理。

3GR螺桿泵的缺點(diǎn)是，螺桿的加工和裝配要求較高；泵的性能對(duì)液體的粘度變化比較敏感。

盡管三3GR螺桿泵有諸多優(yōu)勢(shì)，但若選型不當(dāng)，則不僅得不到滿(mǎn)意的運(yùn)行效果，而且會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵的噪音和振動(dòng)，甚至嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞泵的內(nèi)部零件，使泵系統(tǒng) 不能正常工作，因此，選型人員應(yīng)多方慎重考慮，合理選型 ，必要時(shí)應(yīng)向我公司技術(shù)部門(mén)咨詢(xún)。三3GR螺桿泵選型時(shí)，要盡可能詳盡地了解泵的使用條件，除了運(yùn)行參數(shù)，如流量 ，壓力需要清楚以外，輸送介質(zhì)的特性如介質(zhì)的腐蝕性，含汽量，含固溶物的比率及固體顆粒的大小，以及介質(zhì)的工作溫度，粘度，比重，對(duì)材料的腐蝕性等和泵裝置的吸入條件，安裝條件均要了解，根據(jù)我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，

三、3GR螺桿泵選型 時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1. 泵轉(zhuǎn)速的選擇

1 pump speed selection

1.1 以輸送介質(zhì)粘度和泵的規(guī)格確定轉(zhuǎn)速范圍：

輸送高粘度介質(zhì)時(shí)，泵應(yīng)選低轉(zhuǎn)速，若粘度較低，相應(yīng)可選擇高轉(zhuǎn)速：介質(zhì)粘度> 20°E 時(shí)，對(duì)于大規(guī)格的泵（主桿外徑60mm 以上），轉(zhuǎn)速以970rpm 或720rpm 為宜，如果粘度更高（粘度>80°E ）如粘膠液，可降低轉(zhuǎn)速使用，* 200-500rpm ；

對(duì)于小規(guī)格的泵，介質(zhì)粘度>20°E 時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)速以1450rpm 或970rpm 為宜，如果粘度更高（粘度>80°E ），可降低轉(zhuǎn)速使用，*300-600rpm ；

1.2 由于泵的轉(zhuǎn)速越高，在相同性能參數(shù)下，泵的體積就越小，但由于轉(zhuǎn)速高，摩擦功率高，泵的磨損就大，壽命就短，如果輸送介質(zhì)的潤(rùn)滑性比較差或含有微量雜質(zhì)，應(yīng)選擇較低轉(zhuǎn)速，以使泵保持較長(zhǎng)的壽命，*在1450rpm 以下。
