●3G三螺桿泵概述

我公司生產(chǎn)的三螺桿泵是按國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB10886-2002設(shè)計(jì)、制造生產(chǎn)。三螺桿泵是轉(zhuǎn)子式容積泵，它是利用螺桿嚙合原理，依靠旋轉(zhuǎn)的螺桿在泵套內(nèi)相互嚙合，把被輸送的介質(zhì)封閉在嚙合腔內(nèi)，沿螺桿軸向連續(xù)勻速地推至排出口，為系統(tǒng)提供穩(wěn)定的壓力。三螺桿泵適用于輸送各種無(wú)腐蝕性油類及類似油和潤(rùn)滑性液體。輸送液體的粘度范圍一般為3.0～760mm2/S（1.2～100°E），高粘度介質(zhì)可通過加溫降粘后輸送。其溫度一般不超過350℃。三螺桿泵用于輸送液壓油或潤(rùn)滑油、非潤(rùn)滑液體、低潤(rùn)滑度液體。螺桿泵的性質(zhì)有：自動(dòng)裝填、高效率、低噪聲水平、對(duì)變速傳動(dòng)（FU）的高適合度。液體*連續(xù)流動(dòng)，無(wú)間歇、無(wú)紊亂、無(wú)壓損、無(wú)潤(rùn)滑油損失。三螺桿泵具有單通道、自動(dòng)裝填功能，還擁有特殊外形可以構(gòu)成氣密室，當(dāng)軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，里面的物質(zhì)從吸引端向加壓側(cè)連續(xù)軸向移動(dòng)。盡管軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，也不會(huì)引起紊亂。統(tǒng)一室體積排除了壓回力。

3G系列三螺桿泵在我國(guó)石油、化工、冶金、機(jī)床、造船等工業(yè)部門得到了較為廣泛的應(yīng)用，并在許多領(lǐng)域里代替了離心泵、齒輪泵和往復(fù)泵，我們根據(jù)國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T10886-2002設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的3G型、3GBW型螺桿泵有著壽命長(zhǎng)、效率高、能耗小、重量輕等特點(diǎn)。
3G系列普通螺桿泵主要用于輸送中低粘度的潤(rùn)滑性液體。在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中作為液壓泵、潤(rùn)滑泵、水乙二醇、輕油泵、輸送泵。泵由基礎(chǔ)件：泵套、泵體、螺桿和附件：底腳、安全閥、軸承體等組成，通過改變附件達(dá)到改變泵的不同安裝形式。
3GBW系列保溫螺桿泵主要用于在常溫下不能輸送的高粘度潤(rùn)滑性液體，常作為瀝青、重燃油、渣油、原油的輸送或噴燃用。熱載體可以是蒸氣和熱油、熱水，冷載體可以是氣體或液體?，F(xiàn)廣泛用于公路建設(shè)中瀝青的輸送。一般zui高工作溫度≤280℃；超過此溫度在訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)說明。
3G、3GBW兩種系列螺桿泵的外形、安裝尺寸相同。

一、原理： 

三螺桿泵是螺桿式式容積泵。在三螺矸泵中，由于主螺桿與從動(dòng)螺桿上螺旋槽相互嚙合及它們與襯套三孔內(nèi)表面的配合，得以在泵的進(jìn)口與出口之間形成數(shù)級(jí)動(dòng)密封室，這些動(dòng)密封室將不斷把液體由泵進(jìn)口軸向移動(dòng)到泵出 口，并使所輸送液體逐級(jí)升壓。從而形成一個(gè)連續(xù)、平穩(wěn)、軸向移動(dòng)的壓力液體。螺桿泵依靠螺桿相互嚙合的容積變化來(lái)輸送液體，當(dāng)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，吸入腔一端的密封腔連續(xù)地向排出腔一端作軸向運(yùn)動(dòng)，使吸入腔的容積增大，壓力降低，液體在壓差作用下沿吸入管進(jìn)入吸入腔，隨著螺桿的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，密封腔內(nèi)的液體連續(xù)而均勻地沿軸向移至排出腔。

二、特點(diǎn)：三螺桿泵的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能特點(diǎn) 

1、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單體積小允許高轉(zhuǎn)速：泵本身僅三根螺桿組成，但有多種結(jié)構(gòu)形成，一般小流量，0.2-6.5m3/h泵的泵體和襯套合為 一個(gè)臥式安裝，軸封為機(jī)械密封。中等流量以上的泵襯套為一單獨(dú)的零件固定于泵體內(nèi)。大流量泵多制成雙吸結(jié)構(gòu)。軸根據(jù)輸送的介質(zhì)不同有端面機(jī)械密封和填料密封兩種。船用泵的原動(dòng)機(jī)為交流船用電機(jī)。

2、工作平穩(wěn)可靠壽命長(zhǎng)：三螺桿泵的主要螺桿是由電動(dòng)機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)。主、從螺桿之間，螺桿與襯套之間皆有一層油膜保護(hù)，因泵的機(jī)械摩擦極小，壽命堪稱半*性。

3、所輸?shù)囊后w在泵內(nèi)作軸向勻速直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，故壓力脈動(dòng)小，流量穩(wěn)定，噪音低，由于轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分慣性小，則起動(dòng)力矩和振動(dòng)很小。

4、具有高吸入能力。
5、為保證泵、電機(jī)及管路系統(tǒng)安全，中等流量以上的螺桿泵均帶有安全閥，當(dāng)壓力超過安全閥設(shè)定壓力時(shí)，高壓油將回流至泵的進(jìn)口。        三、使用范圍：三螺桿泵所輸送液體為不含固體顆粒，無(wú)腐蝕性油類及類似油的潤(rùn)滑性液體，粘度為1.2~100oE（3.0~760cst），高粘度液體亦可通過加溫降粘后輸送，其溫度不超過150oC。三螺桿泵被廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、石油、煉鋼、發(fā)電、化纖、食品、造船等行業(yè)。螺桿泵適用于輸送燃料油、潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、植物油、瀝青及其它潤(rùn)滑性液體和油、水、氣混合液體。
