HSN三螺桿泵是軸向輸送容積式低壓轉子泵，它由特殊形狀曲線構成的螺旋型面，當主動螺桿轉動時，運動密封腔把液體從進口吸入并沿著軸向連續(xù)，無脈動地輸送到排出口，泵運轉平穩(wěn)，噪音低；主、從桿的軸向力采用液壓平衡裝置，從桿由液壓力驅動旋轉，所以螺桿無磨損，使用壽命長；泵采用機械密封，無泄漏；結構簡單緊湊、效率高、具有很強自吸能力、節(jié)能效果好；且安裝、使用和維護方便。
HSN三螺桿泵可輸送各種不含固體顆粒、無腐蝕性具有潤滑性的不同液體。介質粘度為3.0～760mm2/s，流量范圍11～5300L/min，zui高壓力4.0Mpa，zui高溫度150℃。廣泛適用于機械、石油、化工、冶金、電力、船舶和食品等行業(yè)。

HSNH系列三螺桿泵采用液壓平衡裝置，被輸送的液體在泵腔內做連續(xù)、勻速的軸向直線運動。它的零部件少，結構簡單，重量輕可以任意拆解，安裝、使用、維修方便，效率高，壽命長。

三螺桿泵的螺桿之間，螺桿和泵套之間皆有油膜保護，無磨損和機械摩擦，對全部傳動零件而言，均由被輸送介質形成的油膜保護和潤滑。在密封腔內裝有機械密封，無泄漏，腔內的油液回油孔與泵的吸入腔相通，因而不受排出壓力的影響。具有很強的自吸能力，節(jié)能低耗。
