功能特點(diǎn)
*9KJ系列顆粒飼料壓制機(jī)，將已混粉狀飼料，經(jīng)擠壓一次成型，在造粒過(guò)程中不需要加熱加水，不需烘干，經(jīng)自然升溫至70°左右，使淀粉糊化，蛋白質(zhì)凝固變性，顆粒內(nèi)部熟化深透，表面光滑，硬度高，可長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存；
*螺絲全部為8.8級(jí)、10.9級(jí)高強(qiáng)度螺絲，特別是變速箱總成，嚴(yán)格采用汽車標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，齒輪緊固扭力15倍以上。外露螺絲全部進(jìn)行鍍鋅、鍍達(dá)克羅表面處理；壓輥磨盤全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼；
*廣泛應(yīng)用于不同規(guī)模的畜禽、兔、牛羊養(yǎng)殖廠選擇使用。
