進(jìn)口液下渣漿泵概述:
液下渣漿泵為單級(jí)、單吸懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，用軸承座，支承座，聯(lián)接管連接泵的水力部件，液體由出液管部件排出，泵的葉輪為半開(kāi)式葉輪，在葉輪葉片進(jìn)口延伸處設(shè)有攪拌葉片，該泵主要特點(diǎn)是在液下部位的泵軸，有足夠的剛度，葉輪，泵殼之間不設(shè)軸承，不采用軸封，可以輸送含有較大濃度固定顆粒的介質(zhì)。

泵的立式電動(dòng)機(jī)以螺栓固緊電機(jī)座上，并通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器與泵直接傳動(dòng)、泵體、中間接管、泵架、出液管、管法蘭，以螺栓聯(lián)接構(gòu)成一體，固定在底板上，泵的整體通過(guò)底板安裝在容器上。新型進(jìn)口液下泵可輸送易燃易爆等輕質(zhì)性介質(zhì)，因設(shè)計(jì)上的改進(jìn)幾乎無(wú)磨損、免維護(hù)、低耗能。
