三螺桿泵的安裝位置距油面太高，特別是在泵轉(zhuǎn)速降低時(shí)，因不能保證泵吸油腔有必要的真空度造成吸油不足而吸入空氣。此時(shí)應(yīng)調(diào)整泵與油面的相對(duì)高度，使其知足劃定的要求。

新旋轉(zhuǎn)窯*次點(diǎn)火必須采用SMH80和SMH120，SMH210點(diǎn)火油泵噴射霧化燃燒點(diǎn)火及掛窯皮期間的操作方法
1.窯頭點(diǎn)火升溫
1.1 窯頭點(diǎn)火
    現(xiàn)代化的預(yù)分解窯，窯頭都采用三風(fēng)道或四風(fēng)道燃燒器，噴嘴中心都設(shè)有點(diǎn)火裝置。新窯*次掛窯皮，使用輕柴油點(diǎn)火油泵SMH80R46E6.7W23和SMH120R42E6.7W23系列高壓三螺桿泵，大型和超大型旋轉(zhuǎn)窯一般采用SMH210R40E6.7W29點(diǎn)火油泵點(diǎn)火，其點(diǎn)火壓力可以達(dá)到5Mpa。因?yàn)檫@樣點(diǎn)火，柴油燃料在高壓力下霧化效果好而且非常充分，燃燒就更加充分，保證了油煤混合燃燒，用煤量少，火焰溫度高，煤粉燃盡率也高。如果用木材點(diǎn)火，火焰溫度低，初期噴出的煤粉只有揮發(fā)分和部分固定碳燃燒。煤粉中大部分固定碳未燃盡就在窯內(nèi)沉降。而且木材燃燒后留下大量木灰，這些煤灰和木灰在高溫作用下被燒融，粘掛在耐火磚表面，不利于粘掛*、堅(jiān)固、結(jié)實(shí)和穩(wěn)定的窯皮。窯頭點(diǎn)火一般用浸油的棉紗包綁在點(diǎn)火棒上，點(diǎn)燃后置于噴嘴前下方，隨后即刻噴油。待窯內(nèi)溫度稍高一些后開始噴人少量煤粉。在火焰穩(wěn)定、棉紗包也快燒盡時(shí)，抽出點(diǎn)火棒。以后隨著用煤量的增加，火焰穩(wěn)定程度的提高，逐漸減少輕柴油的噴人量，直至全部取消。在此期間，窯尾溫度應(yīng)遵循升溫曲線要求緩慢上升。在RSP型分解爐上，為使RSP分解爐渦流分解室有足夠的溫度加速煤粉的燃燒，窯頭點(diǎn)火前應(yīng)將2個(gè)C4旋風(fēng)筒排灰閥桿吊起。這樣，窯尾部分高溫廢氣可以進(jìn)入渦流分解室經(jīng)排灰閥、下料管人C4旋風(fēng)筒，對(duì)渦流分解室起到預(yù)熱升溫的作用。
1.2 升溫曲線和轉(zhuǎn)窯制度
   系統(tǒng)從冷態(tài)窯點(diǎn)火升溫到開始掛窯皮期間窯尾廢氣溫度、C5出口溫度和C1出口溫度以及不同溫度段的轉(zhuǎn)窯制度。當(dāng)窯尾廢氣溫度約為750—800℃時(shí)，啟動(dòng)生料喂料系統(tǒng)，向窯內(nèi)喂入5％左右的設(shè)計(jì)喂料量，為掛好窯皮創(chuàng)造條件。 
2.投料掛窯皮
   當(dāng)預(yù)熱器系統(tǒng)充分預(yù)熱，窯尾溫度達(dá)950℃左右，這時(shí)分解爐渦流分解室溫度可達(dá)650—700℃，窯頭火磚開始發(fā)亮發(fā)白時(shí)，早先喂人的幾噸生料也即將進(jìn)入燒成帶。這時(shí)，窯頭留火待料，保持燒成帶有足夠高的溫度，并將吊起的2個(gè)C4排灰閥復(fù)原。三次風(fēng)管閥門開至10％左右，打開渦流燃燒室和分解室閥門，開始向渦流分解室噴輕柴油和少量煤粉。當(dāng)C1出口溫度達(dá)400—450℃時(shí)，打開置于C1出口至高溫風(fēng)機(jī)廢氣管道上的冷風(fēng)閥，摻人冷風(fēng)調(diào)節(jié)廢氣溫度，保護(hù)高溫風(fēng)機(jī)。待C5出口溫度達(dá)900℃時(shí)，適當(dāng)開大三次風(fēng)管閥門后即可下料。喂料量為設(shè)計(jì)能力的30％-40％。喂料后逐漸關(guān)閉冷風(fēng)閥，適當(dāng)加大喂煤量和系統(tǒng)排風(fēng)量，窯以較低的轉(zhuǎn)速（如0.3—0.6r／min）連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)并開始掛窯皮。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)比較正常，分解爐溫度穩(wěn)定后，就可以撤除點(diǎn)火噴油嘴。如果系統(tǒng)燒無(wú)煙煤，則應(yīng)適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)火噴嘴的使用時(shí)間，但油量可以減少，以對(duì)無(wú)煙煤起助燃作用。
   掛好窯皮是延長(zhǎng)燒成帶火磚壽命，提高回轉(zhuǎn)窯運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率的重要環(huán)節(jié)。其關(guān)鍵是掌握火候，待生料到達(dá)燒成帶時(shí)及時(shí)調(diào)整燃料量和窯速，確保穩(wěn)定的燒成帶溫度。窯速與喂料量相適應(yīng)，使粘掛的窯皮厚薄*、平整、均勻、堅(jiān)固。掛窯皮期間嚴(yán)防燒成帶溫度驟變。溫度太高，掛上的窯皮易被燒垮，生料易燒流，在窯內(nèi)“推車”會(huì)嚴(yán)重磨蝕耐火磚；溫度突然降低會(huì)跑生料，形成疏松夾心窯皮，極易塌落，影響窯皮質(zhì)量。
   掛窯皮時(shí)間，一般約需3—4個(gè)班。窯皮掛到一定程度以后，生料喂料量可以3-5t／h的速度增加，直至100％的設(shè)計(jì)能力。窯速和系統(tǒng)排風(fēng)也隨燃料和生料喂料量的增加而逐漸加大.
