隨著食品工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，食品機(jī)械的不斷革新，一種結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊且占地面積小的新型、高效、節(jié)能的速凍裝置——DLD、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置已成為目前大，中型速凍食品企業(yè)的選擇機(jī)型。
DLD、SLD系列螺旋速凍裝置的不銹鋼物料傳送網(wǎng)帶在凍結(jié)間內(nèi)做螺旋式轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的快速凍結(jié)。分別采用頂吹風(fēng)和側(cè)吹風(fēng)的布風(fēng)方式，凍結(jié)時(shí)間可選范圍20~90分鐘。適用于調(diào)理食品、小包裝食品、分割肉、冰淇淋等快速凍結(jié),也可用于海產(chǎn)品、水果和不宜流態(tài)化速凍的蔬菜產(chǎn)品等。

◆ 設(shè)計(jì)合理，運(yùn)行安全可靠：經(jīng)過(guò)多年不斷實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)和借鑒技術(shù)，速凍機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，由機(jī)械、電氣雙重保護(hù)，運(yùn)行可靠。
◆ 使用方便靈活：DLD、SLD系列速凍機(jī)進(jìn)口出口方向可多種選擇，特別適合與不同的食品生產(chǎn)線配套產(chǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)流水線生產(chǎn)。
◆ 操作簡(jiǎn)單，易于維修和清洗：對(duì)操作不要求特殊技術(shù)，經(jīng)簡(jiǎn)單培訓(xùn)即可上崗。蒸發(fā)器由鋁合金制作，容易清洗的大翅片，大限度地減少殘留食品的地方，防止細(xì)菌傳播；進(jìn)料段設(shè)有強(qiáng)力清洗裝置，隨時(shí)將網(wǎng)帶吹干，確保傳送網(wǎng)帶的衛(wèi)生；內(nèi)部空間大，易損件少。
◆ 適應(yīng)凍品范圍廣：面食品、菜卷、春卷、蔬菜、水果、肉食、油炸品及其它小包裝食品。
◆ 不銹鋼結(jié)構(gòu)：SUS304不銹鋼材料制作，凍品可以直接擺在網(wǎng)帶上凍結(jié)，格外平滑的網(wǎng)格使凍品幾乎不留印記；網(wǎng)帶兩側(cè)鏈片上設(shè)有擋邊，凍品或盤(pán)子不易從網(wǎng)帶上滑落。
◆ 的風(fēng)道設(shè)計(jì)：螺旋塔和蒸發(fā)器的外圍的檔風(fēng)板設(shè)計(jì)成對(duì)稱(chēng)的、流暢的環(huán)形風(fēng)道，增強(qiáng)凍品的換熱效果而又使得進(jìn)、出料口不跑冷，而且操作人員也可隨時(shí)進(jìn)入庫(kù)內(nèi)查看運(yùn)行情況。
◆ 雙面不銹鋼隔熱庫(kù)體：隔熱庫(kù)體采用雙面不銹鋼聚氨脂庫(kù)板，庫(kù)門(mén)為雙層密封條并配有加熱器，有效防止凍結(jié)。
◆ 可靠的傳動(dòng)控制：螺旋傳動(dòng)引進(jìn)美國(guó)*技術(shù)，網(wǎng)帶運(yùn)行采用變頻控制，速度可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)。不銹鋼電控箱，庫(kù)內(nèi)溫度數(shù)字顯示，整個(gè)設(shè)備運(yùn)行可靠。
◆ 庫(kù)內(nèi)底面大水槽不滲漏，排水方便：庫(kù)內(nèi)整個(gè)底面用3mm厚SUS304不銹鋼板做成的水槽，滲漏，清洗容易排水快。

◆ convenient and flexible use: DLD and SLD series quick freezers can be imported and exported in various directions, especially suitable for matching with different food production lines to realize assembly line production.
◆ simple operation, easy maintenance and cleaning: no special technology is required for operation, and you can go to work after simple training. The evaporator is made of aluminum alloy, with large fins that are easy to clean, so as to reduce the residual food and prevent the spread of bacteria; the feeding section is equipped with a strong cleaning device, which can blow the net belt dry at any time to ensure the health of the conveyor net belt; the internal space is large and the number of vulnerable parts is small.
◆ wide range of frozen products: noodles, vegetable rolls, spring rolls, vegetables, fruits, meat, fried products and other small package foods.
◆ stainless steel structure: made of SUS304 stainless steel material, frozen products can be directly placed on the mesh belt to freeze, and the extremely smooth mesh makes the frozen products almost leave no mark; the chain pieces on both sides of the mesh belt are provided with retaining edges, so the frozen products or plates are not easy to slide off the mesh belt.
◆ unique air duct design: the baffle around the spiral tower and evaporator is designed as a symmetrical and smooth circular air duct, which can enhance the heat exchange effect of frozen products and make the inlet and outlet not run cold, and the operator can also enter the warehouse at any time to check the operation.
◆ double sided stainless steel heat insulation storehouse: the heat insulation storehouse adopts double-sided stainless steel polyurethane storehouse plate, the storehouse door is double-layer sealing strip and equipped with heater to effectively prevent freezing.
◆ reliable transmission control: screw drive introduces advanced technology from the United States, frequency conversion control is adopted for mesh belt operation, and the speed can be stepless and adjustable. Stainless steel electric control box, digital display of temperature in the warehouse, reliable operation of the whole equipment.
◆ the large water tank at the bottom of the warehouse is not leaking, and the drainage is convenient: the whole bottom of the warehouse is made of 3 mm SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is impermeable, easy to clean and fast to drain.

1、凍結(jié)能力以裸凍蝦為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，上料密度8kg/m2，進(jìn)料中心溫度15℃，出料中心溫度－18?-15℃，凍結(jié)溫度－35℃±2℃。
2、凍結(jié)時(shí)間可根據(jù)不同的凍品調(diào)節(jié)。
3、耗冷量按冷凝溫度+35℃，蒸發(fā)溫度－42℃工況條件計(jì)。
