水濂式蒸發(fā)冷卻通風系統(tǒng)工作原理:
水濂式蒸發(fā)冷卻通風系統(tǒng)的理念是：將廠房四周（包括天花板部分）全部密閉，使廠內(nèi)空間與外界*隔絕，根據(jù)廠房的具體情況（比如廠房的結構，廠內(nèi)機臺種類等一系列因素）經(jīng)過專業(yè)人員設計后，在廠房的一端安裝上排風扇，將廠內(nèi)的全部熱氣、廢氣等抽出廠外；在安裝排風扇相對的另一端安裝上水濂式降溫系統(tǒng)。啟動排風扇后，利用廠房內(nèi)所產(chǎn)生的負壓氣流，吸引外界新鮮空氣穿過水濂片，當空氣與水濂片表面的水分進行充分的熱交換后進入室內(nèi)，空氣的溫度被降低，從而達到室內(nèi)的降溫效果，這種系統(tǒng)稱為水濂式通風系統(tǒng)，即負壓式通風系統(tǒng)
外界空氣經(jīng)過水濂進入室內(nèi)后，在水濂側的室內(nèi)溫度可達到5-10℃的降溫效果！
