為解決公路垃圾（掃路車收回的垃圾）無處堆放、車子經常被扣等問題，經與公路局合作共同成功研發(fā)了這套公路垃圾綜合處理回收利用設備。針對公路垃圾中砂和石子含量大的特點，采用干式或濕式分離處理型式，干式采用雙級筒套筒圓滾筒篩分，將大塊垃圾如破布和石子、砂子分別篩分分離出來，砂子可用作預制件或鋪筑邊溝用；濕式則采用三級筒套筒圓滾筒泡水篩分分離、清洗螺旋輸送等分離技術，將砂和石子剝離回收利用。包括：筒套筒篩分裝置（干式二級、濕式三級）、槽型皮帶輸送裝置、螺旋輸送砂子裝置、沉淀池（濕式選用、）PLC控制系統(tǒng)。
Introduction: patent technology products, funded by the ministry of science and technology.In order to solve the problems such as no place to pile up the highway garbage (garbage collected by road sweepers) and cars often being detained, this set of equipment for comprehensive treatment and recycling of highway garbage was successfully developed in cooperation with the highway administration.In view of the characteristics of high content of sａnd and gravel in highway waste, the dry or wet type of separation and treatment is adopted, and the dry type is screened by double-stage cylinder sleeve cylinder cylinder, to separate large pieces of garbage, such as rags, gravel and sand, which can be used as prefabricated parts or for paving side ditches.In the wet type, separation technologies such as three-stage sleeve cylinder bubble water screen separation, cleaning screw conveying, etc. are used to recycle sａnd and gravel.Including: sleeve screening device (dry type two, wet type three), trough belt conveyor, screw conveyor sａnd device, sedimentation tank (wet selection) PLC control system.
