采用無動力結(jié)構(gòu)，由自卸養(yǎng)護車牽引清掃，使用費用特別省，每年僅需3萬元，與普通掃路車比較，每年可節(jié)省資金10萬元以上，由于是與養(yǎng)護車配合使用，道班管理和使用起來特別方便。已有近40臺該產(chǎn)品在江西的宜春、吉安、廣西的柳州以及海南等公路養(yǎng)護班站使用。產(chǎn)品特點：
1、采用將掃路機與養(yǎng)護車幾乎連成一體的背掛式設(shè)計，大大縮短了掃路機的長度，不僅有利于山區(qū)的彎道清掃和路上掉頭，而且能保證清掃作業(yè)更安全。
2、采用雙滾刷筒的接力式清掃技術(shù)，可將垃圾直接提拋進養(yǎng)護車車廂里，不必自帶垃圾箱，垃圾的收集和轉(zhuǎn)運更方便。
3、采用掃路機兩邊車輪分別帶動滾刷、側(cè)刷轉(zhuǎn)動進行路面清掃，傳動機構(gòu)能隨著滾刷的升、降而離、合，保證清掃時各掃刷觸地轉(zhuǎn)動，不清掃時離地停轉(zhuǎn)，以減少刷苗磨損和提高行駛安全性。
4、配置水箱并安裝有電動噴霧系統(tǒng)，能有效降低清掃過程的揚塵。
